We take a creative approach to creativity. Yes, we work with writer/art director teams to create great press campaigns, and talented designers to make your print collateral shine and your web site sing.
But if a film maker, a circus clown, an anthropologist, two chefs and a game developer will get you the results you're after, then that's the team we'll build for you.
We’re 100% design-led, which means not just obsessing about how good things look, but about how well they work. We question everything to see if it can be done better, whatever environment we’re working in.
How much of your valuable time do you spend consuming boring, dull or irrelevant content? As little as possible, right? Same goes for everyone else.
Before it can inform or educate, content has to engage and entertain. Which is why we prefer the term “applied entertainment”.

Curious Ways is a small company with a big network of talented professionals working in every nook and cranny of the creative industries. At the centre of this ever-expanding web reside our two heroes:
Simon heads up strategy and creative content. A veteran of the Australian ad industry, he’s also worked in theatre, TV and the tech sector. He asks a lot of questions and has ideas, which makes him a useful person to have in the room when you’re trying to solve a problem, and a real pain if you’re trying to sleep.
Fooks looks after design, experience and digital production. His impressive portfolio reflects over 10 years of UX and design at agencies like Lucky Generals, Dare and Havas helia, the latter as Head of Experience. Despite his youthful appearance, he’s a design professional of some gravitas and reputation as well as an accomplished poet.
